Carolina works as an intuitive energy healer, spiritual guide and happiness coach. You must read the following and only proceed with any of her services if you agree to the terms and conditions laid out here.
All services are for guidance only. They DO NOT replace professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal services
The services provided by this website accept no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation.
Carolina reserves the right to terminate any of her services at any time if:

She feels a connection with a client has not been achieved.

She feels that the client is mentally or psychologically not responding positively and to carry on may not be beneficial for the client.

If the client shows any aggressive or confrontational attitude.
No more fees will need to be paid after a termination.
All information given by Carolina is given on the understanding that only the client can know what is right for them and they must only accept what feels right for them.
The client will take full responsibility for the outcomes, being of sound mind, and for accepting or not accepting any guidance given.
All information is given for the client to use as they choose, using their own free will.
You must be 18 or over to participate in a session with Carolina unless authorised by a parent or guardian.
If you are under any medical treatment for psychiatric problems that could impair your decision to engage in an energy healing session, you MUST let Carolina know and we will discuss whether you are a good fit for the services.
Energy Healing
The energy work that Carolina does is designed to assist with transmuting any emotional or mental energy blockages, clearing the energetic systems of the four bodies, mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical body, and encouraging the client's body to heal and balance itself.
You may go through a detoxifying process after treatment for up to 3 days. Within this cleansing period, you may or may not experience some minor symptoms such as tummy rumbles, slight upset tummy, slight headache, a running nose or slight cold symptoms, or more perspiration than usual.
You may have a desire to rest and/or sleep, please follow that. Despite these minor symptoms, you should feel well and they should be regarded as positive reactions showing that the body is healing itself and should be supported rather than stopped and not suppressed with medications so that these toxins can leave the body in their own way.
Generally, clients leave the sessions feeling more relaxed, calm, and relieved, with improved sleep and a sense of overall well-being.
After your treatment please drink plenty of water and take time to relax. It is advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol and other toxins.

Payment
Once you have made your payment you have committed to your healing journey and there will be no refund given.
If you miss your allocated time slot, Carolina reserves the right to refuse a refund.
If Carolina cancels a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, she will offer an alternative time slot for the session or a full refund if we cannot find a new time slot.
